My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, near the beach and seafood restaurants, but the rooms had some defects like the lack of air conditioning, only a fan, and not being ready until late. The service was friendly but lacking in some areas. The dining options were a letdown, with additional payments needed for buffet and prepackaged nasi lemak. Despite these downsides, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel location was convenient, easily reachable via Waze, and close to food options on Jalan Lama. However, the rooms were not well-maintained, with litter, cigarette ashes, mud, and rubbish. The service was lacking friendliness, with staff grabbing food as soon as it was displayed and being dirty, plagued by flies and cats.
During the off-holiday season, the hotel's rooms were comfortable and clean but lacked AC. The accommodation was pleasant overall, offering good value for money. The service, while willing to assist, had some communication issues especially regarding payment details. The location was convenient, being close to the beach but somewhat restricted in terms of dining options. Dining experience varied, with a wide range of food but potentially inconsistent quality. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel has a nice, spacious room that comfortably accommodated five people, but unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower due to low water pressure. The service was lacking in attentiveness and follow-through with promises made at the front desk. The location was good for family needs, with a strategic private beach area, but limited night activities.
The hotel's location was nice and easy to access, situated in front of Sri Bayu Resort. However, the small rooms without air conditioning were not recommended due to their poor condition and dustiness. The dining experience offered limited choices, though the variety seemed good with reasonable options.
